2.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds. If any of your details change (address, phone number, etc.), it is your responsibility to notify kb77 support without delay.

3.1 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your kb77 account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. If you suspect your account is being accessed without authorisation, notify the support team immediately.

3.2 Account Responsibility

All activities carried out from your account (bets, deposits, withdrawals) are entirely your responsibility, unless you have notified us of a account compromise in a timely manner. kb77 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

kb77 may apply an inactivity fee to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months). The member will be notified in advance by email. Logging into the account will reset the inactivity timer.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on kb77 is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major banks such as Sonali Bank, Janata Bank, and DBBL). 4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal.

4.3 Anti-Fraud & Anti-Money Laundering

If a suspicious transaction is identified, the account may be temporarily suspended without prior notice and the source of funds may be investigated. The member may be required to provide a bank statement or documentation of their income source as evidence.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. Alternatively, depositing ৳10,000 gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus must meet a 25x wagering requirement before it becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance. For example: a ৳1,200 bonus requires ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each account may use each promotional offer only once.
• The wagering requirement must be met within a specified period from the date the bonus is issued.
• The maximum single bet amount placed using bonus funds may be limited.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the allowed time, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be cancelled.
• kb77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

5.4 VIP Program

kb77's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.4% at Silver, up to 0.6% at Gold, and up to 0.8% at Platinum. VIP tier changes are based on gaming activity and contribution to the platform.

6.1 Game Results

All game results are controlled by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is fair and verifiable. kb77 is committed to Fair Play. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, kb77 reserves the right to apply the correct result.

6.2 Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless there is a technical issue with the system or connection. For sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the full bet amount will be refunded.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server outage, internet disconnection, or other technical reason, kb77 will determine the game state based on server logs. In such situations, kb77's decision is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kb77. If discovered, the account will be immediately closed and funds will be forfeited:

• Exploiting game errors or bugs for unfair advantage and not reporting the funds received.
• Colluding with other members to cheat in card games (poker, Teen Patti, etc.).
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Renting out or transferring an account to a third party beyond personal use.
• Deliberately placing opposing bets across different markets to exploit bonus benefits (arbitrage betting).

• Copy, distribute, or reuse this content without permission.
• Reverse engineer or decompile it.
• Use it for commercial purposes.
